I removed a small hump along her dorsum while shortening the nose and
narrowing the tip. Look at the white dot on HER right side of the tip of
the nose in the after picture. That dot is a reflection from the
flash. In the before picture, the dot is a wider splotch of
white. Clues like that are what help your eye evaluate the width of the
tip cartilages in photos such as these.

Hi. A non-surgical rhinoplasty cannot remove a hump, nor can it raise a tip. The mechanics are easy: removing a hump and raising a tip would make a nose look smaller, but injecting something *into* the nose can only make it look larger! See?
